Sunita’s Selections: November 2026 Collection Order now!
Join the Happy Chocolate Experiences newsletter, to hear about seasonal curated collections, where Sunita, formerly of The Chocolate Garage, will use her palate and happy-chocolate-o-meter to curate the most delicious and most kind and humane and ethical bars she can find! It isn’t easy to find chocolate that is both delicious and makes your palate happy, and also isn’t neocolonialism at work! It doesn’t have to be extractive and exploitative capitalism, there are kinder ways that smaller craft makers are employing, that mean you can have your happy chocolate and eat it too (while supporting a healthy ecosystem)!
Curating the best craft chocolate since 2006
I have made my selections, sorting through old and new bars, and carefully curating the November 2026 Collection. Order now so you can secure your $385 box, as there will be a limited number of boxes of the best bean to bar chocolates I can find. Your box will include 21 bars, a tasting wheel, stories about each bar and maker, sneak peek tastes of additional bars, and fun confectionery too!
In addition to the 21 bars (plus sneak peeks of other products in development) I have developed a guide, that can be used by the most seasoned tasters, but also for newbies to the craft chocolate scene. You can guide yourself through my pairing suggestions and enjoy multiple tastings. You will also get a tasting wheel, plus information about each bar. All of these Happy Chocolate bars are curated by Sunita, and guaranteed to delight and expand your chocolate quotient (CQ)… 7 SOMA Chocolate maker bars, 7 Choco Del Mar bars and 7 Lonohana bars. It’s going to be a deep dive, with my suggested cross maker tastings of specific bars. 21 bars are too many to be tasted in one sitting, so I will suggest pathways through to enjoy and compare a few of the many delightful bars in your Holiday collection!
